Cross Point Stucco Inspections Process
Phase 1:
A visual examination of the condition of the stucco, exterior sealants, flashing, windows, doors, roof-to stucco transitions, parapets, gutters, deck-to building connections, stucco terminations and any penetrations through the stucco.
Phase 2:
Once we familiarize ourselves with the existing conditions of the property we conduct a thermal scan of areas that appear concerning. Once these areas have been identified we then proceed with the invasive moisture testing of the stucco façade. After recording our findings our clients receive a assessment report that note our observations of potential problem areas including any high moisture readings found and offer detailed report on typical moisture-related problems in the stucco.
Phase 3:
A follow up inspection is recommended after 3 month after finalized work and 1 month prior to the end of warranty of improvements to insure the integrity of the work still stands.
